我们保存什么 What we save
为了建立和保护学习账户，我们保存家长或监护人的电邮地址、加密后的密码，以及每个孩子的昵称、年级、学校课程类型、华文课程和性别选择。我们也保存各孩子的课程进度、练习完成情况和已获得的奖励角色。一个家长账户可以管理多个孩子资料。
To create and protect a learning account, we save the parent or guardian’s email address, a securely hashed password, and each child’s nickname, primary level, school setting, Chinese course and selected gender. We also save each child’s lesson progress, completed practice and collected reward characters. One parent account may manage more than one child profile.
写作练习与 AI 反馈 Writing and AI feedback
学生提交写作练习时，答案会发送给我们的 AI 服务进行评估。我们不会把写作答案或 AI 评语保存到学习账户。请勿在答案中写真实姓名、学校、地址、电话或其他个人资料。
When a student submits a writing exercise, the answer is sent to our AI service for assessment. We do not save the writing answer or AI feedback to the learning account. Please do not include real names, schools, addresses, telephone numbers or other personal information in an answer.
听写表识别 Spelling-sheet recognition
家长或学生上传听写表时，图片会安全地发送给 Google Cloud Vision 进行文字识别。我们不会保存原始图片；家长确认后，我们只保存经确认的词语、句子、听写练习成绩和作答记录。请先遮住学生姓名、学校、班级或其他不需要识别的个人资料。
When a spelling sheet is uploaded, its image is securely sent to Google Cloud Vision for text recognition. We do not retain the original image. After a parent confirms the detected content, we save only the confirmed words or sentences and the child’s spelling-practice results. Please cover names, school or class details and any other personal information before uploading.

匿名访客可以浏览课程目录并完成主题一；进度只保存在当前浏览器会话。已注册但尚未付费的账户可以保存主题一和听写练习的进度。
Anonymous visitors can browse the catalogue and complete Topic 1; their progress lasts only for the current browser session. Registered accounts awaiting payment can save Topic 1 and Spelling Practice progress.
使用情况分析 Usage analytics
为了改善课程和页面体验，我们记录打开的页面、主题、部分和词卡，以及随机生成的浏览器访客编号和本次会话编号。登录后，这些记录会关联家长账户和所选孩子资料。我们不会为此建立设备指纹，也不会把手写答案或孩子姓名放进分析事件。
To improve the lessons and browsing experience, we record opened pages, topics, sections and word cards, together with randomly generated browser-visitor and session identifiers. After sign-in, these records are linked to the parent account and selected child profile. We do not create a device fingerprint or include handwritten answers or the child’s name in analytics events.
账户安全与电邮 Account security and email
密码以不可直接读取的加密摘要保存。忘记密码时，我们会使用电邮服务商发送限时重设链接。请由家长或监护人管理账户和电邮。
Passwords are stored as secure hashes that cannot be read directly. If a password is forgotten, we use an email service provider to send a time-limited reset link. The account and email address should be managed by a parent or guardian.
